I’m Jeff Thomas, a trauma-informed breathwork guide and nervous system coach. I help clients gently release stored stress, reconnect with their bodies, and build real resilience at a pace that feels safe. My approach blends science-backed techniques/tools with deep compassion, so you feel seen, supported, and empowered in every session.
